Questions of the users
About Weezie'S Ocean Front Hotel And Garden Cottages
I'm really interested in snorkeling opportunities. Can you share details on the snorkeling spots available and whether kayaking to the barrier reef is an option?
10 February 2024
Snorkeling is available right off the dock, but for the best experience, trips to the reef are recommended. It's about 800 meters away, and a boat would be necessary to get there, as it's too far for a kayak. Are there showers available that can accommodate wheelchair users? I'm looking for a spacious setup.
5 March 2024
Yes, there are showers that are spacious enough to accommodate a shower chair and have wide entries, although they aren't specifically roll-in showers. Is there reliable WiFi connectivity in the rooms? Can I use it for video calls?
22 March 2024
Yes, there is good WiFi available in the rooms, and it's sufficient for making video calls without issues. How can guests travel from the airport to the hotel? Are there options for a pick-up service?
8 April 2024
There are several options to get to the hotel: guests can take a taxi to a nearby water taxi/ferry, fly directly to Caye Caulker, or arrange for a private boat pickup, which is around $350 for two people. What dining options are available nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? How late do restaurants in the area stay open?
30 April 2024
Breakfast and lunch are served at the hotel. For dinner, options can be found in town, a short 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Many local restaurants are available, each offering varied dining experiences. Can guests staying in the garden cottages access the main hotel's amenities, like the beach and pool?
12 May 2024
Yes, guests of the cottages have full access to the beach area, dock, pool, and can dine at the main hotel as well. Are there any equipment rentals available for water sports, such as paddle boarding or kayaking?
19 June 2024
Yes, there are complimentary paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes available for guests to use during their stay. Is breakfast and lunch available onsite at the hotel?
7 July 2024
Yes, the hotel has an onsite restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch to guests. Is it permissible to bring personal beverages like beer to the pool area?
18 July 2024
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own beer to the pool for enjoyment.Next best alternative
